Yes it is certainly a significant divergence.
Clearly something is not right. It is looking almost like the perfect storm for a correction in the near future. Almost reminiscent of this time last year in fact. But from my very shallow experience, these things can often go on a lot longer than the fundamentals might suggest. Still, I expect a correction within 6 months. |
