Thanks for posting that Ed. I don't like Jessica Irvine because she's usually a pretty useless reporter, but interesting nonetheless. Note that she quotes BIS Shrapnel at the end (haha do they have ANY credibility left?)

I particularly like this part:

So much for the "rental squeeze" that all these agents keep telling us will happen. I've been saying for a while now that renters 'will' have all the power when the landlords NEED renters just to stay financially afloat.
Someone in the UK commented on another site that some places are offering "first month rent free" deals in the UK to get tenants.

It's just a matter of time here...
